Wuxi Hongguang Precision Casting Factory is a professional copper alloy manufacturer which specializes in casting, extrusion and finish machining. The material of castings includes copper, aluminum, stainless steel and other varieties. It’s located in the western area of Hudai Industrial park, Binhu District, Wuxi. Wuxi is a city with beautiful scenery, surrounded by mountains and rivers, and also has convenient transportation.

The production process of our Factory includes sand casting, centrifugal casting, continuous steel casting, silicon sol precision casting, etc. It has professional casting and machining plants, equipped with high precision CNC machines and medium/large continuous casting machines. Our factory also has physical and chemical test control centers, which include spectrometer, tensile strength machine, hardness machine and other testing equipments.

The annual production capacity of our factory is about 1,000 tons of all kinds of castings. The weight of a product can range from 0.1kg to 1.5tons. Our factory is an approved manufacturer of Copper Alloy Castings in accordance with DNV rules for classification---Ships, the certification of ISO9001 and the approval of the French Bureau Veritas Classification Society. Not only selling well in all cities and provinces in China, our products are also exported to Japan, the U.S. and other European countries. Both OEM and ODM orders are available for us.
